1. Legal status and operating nature

bandori.fans (the "Site") is an unofficial website maintained voluntarily by individual fans, serving the BanG Dream! community. It is not operated for any commercial purpose, generates no advertising revenue, and is not affiliated with any company or legal entity.

The Site operators act as individual fans; they have no corporate status and represent no company, association, or organization. Under the creative guidelines published by the BanG Dream! Project, individual non-commercial information aggregation and introduction fall within the scope the guidelines permit.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the separate Privacy Policy (available at /legal/privacy and linked in the footer). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, readers, and contributors. The Site is published in 简体中文, 日本語, and English; the 简体中文 version is authoritative, and the other versions are reference translations.

2. No affiliation (unofficial fan project)

bandori.fans is an unofficial, volunteer-run, non-commercial fan project. It is NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with 株式会社ブシロード (Bushiroad Inc.), 株式会社Craft Egg (Craft Egg Inc.), DeNA Co., Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, nor with the BanG Dream! Project or any of its rights holders. References on this Site to any products, names, services, or trademarks do not constitute or imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

This is an unofficial fan site. bandori.fans is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Bushiroad Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Intellectual property of rights holders

"BanG Dream!" (バンドリ！) and all related band names, character names, song titles, lyrics, logos, marks, artwork, photographs, audio, and other materials are the trademarks and/or copyrighted property of their respective owners. © BanG Dream! Project · © bushiroad All Rights Reserved.

bandori.fans does not own, and makes no claim of ownership over, any BanG Dream! intellectual property. We are a fan-made reference and calendar resource that aggregates and organizes publicly available factual information; all rights in the underlying works remain with their rights holders. The Site operates on a non-commercial basis. We believe our non-commercial fan use is consistent with, and we aim to operate within, the official 「BanG Dream!（バンドリ！）」著作物利用に関するガイドライン (https://bang-dream.com/bdp-guideline/), which addresses individual, non-profit secondary use and asks that such use not create the impression of being an official, sponsored, or authorized work. No copyright or trademark infringement is intended.

4. Site's own original content license

Original content created by bandori.fans — including the page layout, visual design, database schema, the organization and selection of data, original descriptive text, and translations produced by the project and its contributors — is, unless otherwise noted, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/). You may reuse this original content for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to bandori.fans and under the same license.

This license applies ONLY to the Site's own original content and does NOT extend to any rights-holder material described in §3, which remains the property of its respective owners.

5. User contributions and license grant

bandori.fans is openly contributable: through the correction form, the setlist contribution form, and other contribution channels, visitors may submit corrections, setlists, schedule data, translations, and other material ("Contributions"). You manifest your agreement to these Terms by checking the required "I agree to the Terms" box before submitting a Contribution through the correction form or the setlist contribution form.

(a) Ownership & license. You retain whatever rights you hold in your Contributions. By submitting a Contribution, you grant bandori.fans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, merge, publish, and display your Contribution to operate and maintain the Site, in any of the Site's languages and on any current or future medium. Because bandori.fans is a non-commercial fan project, this license is exercised for non-commercial, community purposes. To the extent your Contribution is original creative expression, you agree it may also be made available to the public under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 consistent with §4. You may request deletion of a Contribution (see the Privacy Policy); however, factual data that has already been merged into the Site's aggregate records may be irreversibly incorporated and need not be unwound.

(b) Your warranties. You represent and warrant that: (i) you created the Contribution yourself or otherwise have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it and to grant the license above; (ii) your Contribution does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (iii) you will submit only factual information, your own original text, or material you are entitled to share, and you will NOT upload substantial copyrighted material you do not own (such as full song lyrics, scanned books or cards, or ripped game assets); and (iv) you will not submit other people's non-public personal information.

(c) Third-party IP carve-out. The license you grant covers only your own original Contribution (for example, your data entry, correction, or translation). It does not grant, and cannot grant, any rights in the underlying intellectual property of others (see §3).

(d) Minors. You represent that you are old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you have a parent's or guardian's consent. Do NOT submit the personal information of minors.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

(a) Prohibited conduct. You agree not to use bandori.fans to: submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent; vandalize, spam, or deliberately falsify entries; impersonate others; upload malware or attempt to compromise the Site; or systematically harvest the Site's data, shards, or any API in a manner that burdens the service or for commercial purposes. (This is a use restriction; bandori.fans claims no ownership of the underlying factual data, which belongs to its respective rights holders — see §3.)

(b) Our right to moderate. bandori.fans and its volunteer editors may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, correct, translate, reorganize, merge, decline, or remove any Contribution or content at any time, without notice, and for any reason or no reason — including to maintain accuracy and consistency across languages. We are under no obligation to publish, display, retain, or attribute any Contribution.

(c) Repeat-abuse. We may, in appropriate circumstances, block or restrict contributors who repeatedly submit infringing, abusive, or false material. We do not interfere with standard technical measures rights holders use to identify or protect their works.

7. Accuracy disclaimer (verify with official sources)

Information on bandori.fans is aggregated from public sources and contributed and edited by volunteer fans. It is not reviewed, verified, or approved by Bushiroad, Craft Egg, or any official source, and it may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, or recently altered by community members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information — including event dates, times, venues, ticket windows, release dates, and setlists. Always confirm important details, especially live-event and ticketing information, against the official BanG Dream! sources and official ticketing channels before acting on them.

8. Calendar feeds and reminders (best-effort)

bandori.fans offers calendar (.ics) subscription feeds and on-site schedule/calendar views derived from aggregated and community-contributed data. These feeds and views are provided on a best-effort basis only. They may be incomplete, delayed, out of date, or incorrect, and they may become temporarily unavailable. Do NOT rely on a calendar feed, on-site schedule, or any reminder as your sole source for an event date, time, or ticket window. Always confirm against official sources before traveling to, purchasing tickets for, or otherwise relying on any event.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time, without notice.

9. Image policy

bandori.fans does not host copyrighted illustrations, character art, or official photographs. Where cover or jacket thumbnails for releases or events appear, they are used only within the bounds of reasonable citation for identification and informational purposes, with a link to the original source. If a rights holder believes any image use exceeds reasonable limits, contact us (see §14) and we will respond within 72 hours.

10. Aggregation of official public content (sources & crawler)

bandori.fans programmatically collects structural factual data (such as news titles, event dates, and catalog numbers) from official public sources, attributing each item with its source and retrieval date. It does not copy full article bodies or images.

The official sources permit linking but prohibit unauthorized full reproduction (for example, bushiroad.co.jp 利用規約: 「本ウェブサイトの情報を許可なく複製…することは禁止します」; GBP EN: "Unauthorized copy … strictly forbidden"); accordingly, this Site collects only structural fields and links back rather than reproducing content, which is why its scope is limited to structural data. Our crawler (User-Agent: bandori.fans-bot/0.1) honors each source's robots.txt; where no robots.txt is declared, no restriction is assumed, and the crawler is rate-limited to no more than one request every two seconds.

11. Takedown / DMCA procedure and contact

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or an authorized agent) and believe content on bandori.fans infringes your rights, email us at contact[at]bangdream.org with: (1) your name and signature (typing your full name in the email is sufficient); (2) identification of the work you own; (3) the exact URL(s) on bandori.fans of the material you want removed; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

On receipt of a valid request we will review it in good faith and respond within 72 hours — removing, correcting, or annotating the disputed content as appropriate. We honor good-faith copyright and trademark requests from rights holders in any jurisdiction, not only formal U.S. DMCA notices. We may decline or seek clarification where we believe content is lawful (for example, factual information not protected by copyright, or fair-use / fair-dealing material), and we encourage rights holders to contact us informally first so issues can be resolved quickly.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, email us with your signature, the material and the URL where it appeared, a statement that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details; we will consider restoring it.

12. Privacy / data (summary, see the separate policy)

Your privacy is covered by our separate Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy and linked in the footer; by using the Site you also agree to it. In summary: browsing the public Site requires no account, login, or registration; an optional account (email + password) is available for signed-in features such as ratings and reviews, and you can export or delete your account data anytime from account settings. The Site does not run advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, social plugins, or fingerprinting. Our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner) keep standard server access logs (IP address, user-agent, request time) for security and abuse-prevention. If you submit a correction, setlist, or other Contribution, we retain the fields you enter (and your IP address, for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention) to review and process it. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. For data questions, corrections, or deletion requests, see the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy and §14.

13. As-is, no warranty, and limitation of liability

(a) As-is. The Site and all of its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

(b) Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators, contributors, and volunteers of bandori.fans shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, any missed, late, or incorrect event, calendar, ticket, or setlist information, or any decisions or travel undertaken based on information found here. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury. Consumers in the EU and Japan retain any mandatory statutory rights (for example, under the Japan Consumer Contract Act 消費者契約法 §8 and EU consumer-protection law) that these Terms cannot lawfully waive.

(c) No contract. The information on this Site is provided freely; your use of it creates no agreement or contract between you and the operators or contributors of bandori.fans beyond these Terms.

(d) External links. The Site links to official stores, streaming services, and other third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any external site.

14. Changes, governing law, and contact

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date below and, for material changes, note them on the site (for example, the changelog page). Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of the operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The operator's good-faith belief that limited use of rights-holder material for non-commercial fan reference constitutes fair use under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107) is asserted in good faith and is not a legal conclusion binding any rights holder.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
