bandori.fans is an open community-maintained data reference. This page covers how to participate in corrections, the community editing rules, and the licensing acknowledgments.
1. What is bandori.fans?
bandori.fans is an unofficial fan-run reference covering BanG Dream! bands, characters, voice actors, songs, releases, video, events, and venues. Data flows from public official sources (see the Terms of use page for the full list), is collected programmatically, then cross-checked by hand.
The site carries no spoilers, no written reviews, and no comments; ratings are a plain 1-5 score and nothing more. It is intentionally a static, lookup-oriented fact index, complementary to existing wiki-style resources.
2. How to submit a correction
If you spot an error — a translated name, date, attribution, link, or any other field — head to the "Submit correction" entry in the site footer (/contribute/fix).
When submitting, please include: (1) the affected page URL, (2) the current value displayed, (3) the value you propose, and (4) a citation: an official announcement URL, a photo of CD-attached liner notes, a reputable media report, etc. Volunteers usually process corrections within 3–7 business days, and accepted corrections are applied to the data after review.
3. Community editing rules
- No spoilers: do not submit plot, undisclosed setlists, or unreleased character details. Wait for an official announcement, then we will incorporate it.
- Cite sources: every correction must include an independently verifiable citation. The citation should be an official channel (official site, official Twitter, CD or BD physical attachments); other fan wikis are not accepted as the sole source.
- Non-commercial: bandori.fans is a non-profit fan site. We do not accept commercially promotional additions, including ticket-reseller links and secondary-market merchandise listings.
- Respect privacy: real-person entries (voice actors, etc.) include only information disclosed by official channels. We do not accept inferences, leaks, or reposts of non-public personal data.
- Stay neutral: entry copy reads as a factual statement, with no editorializing or fandom jargon. Where translated names are contested, the existing official rendering takes precedence.
4. Acknowledgments
The site's layout, design, schema, and original copy are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 — non-commercial use, share-alike. Copyright in the underlying data itself rests with the original rightsholders; bandori.fans only undertakes aggregation and presentation.
