bandori.fans is an unofficial reference site maintained voluntarily by individual fans. This page explains what visitor-related information the Site collects, uses, and retains, and the data flows introduced by third-party services.
1. Optional account registration
Browsing every page on the Site still requires no account, login, or personal information. Visitors who want a persistent identity — for example to rate events and venues, or to use upcoming review features — may create an optional account with an email address and password. If you create an account, you can export or permanently delete your account data at any time from the account settings page.
2. Automatically generated access logs
To keep the Site stable and to investigate abnormal requests, our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Hetzner) record, per industry practice, basic fields such as access IP, user-agent, request time, and response status. These logs are managed by the providers under their respective retention policies; the Site operators review them only briefly for troubleshooting and abuse-prevention, and do not share them with any third party.
The Site injects no advertising, analytics, behavioral-tracking, social-plugin, pixel, or fingerprinting scripts. The fonts and images a page needs are self-hosted, embedding no third-party tracking requests.
3. Cookies and local storage
Only when you actively change a setting does the Site write a small settings value (interface language, theme, selected band) to your browser cookie or localStorage. The Site server reads this cookie when it renders a page, so your chosen language and theme take effect on first load without flicker. This value is first-party, used only to render the page according to your settings; it is not shared with any third party and is not used for cross-site tracking.
To clear it, use your browser's built-in "clear site data" feature; the Site shows no additional prompt for this.
4. Content you actively submit
If you submit a revision through the "resources correction" form or by email, the Site retains the fields you enter (and your IP address, used for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention) to review and process it. Please do not include other people's non-public identifying information. Submissions are reviewed by volunteers before any data is updated; the Site publishes no per-entry public record and does not separately credit contributors.
5. Requests to official data sources
The Site crawler (User-Agent: bandori.fans-bot/0.1) periodically makes structural-data requests to public sources such as bang-dream.com, bushiroad.com, and bang-dream-gbp-en.bushiroad.com. This process carries none of a visitor's information; your browsing never reaches those official domains via the Site.
6. Minors
The public Site is intended for general audiences. Creating an account requires self-confirming that you are at least 16 years old. Please do not submit the personal information of minors through any contribution channel, and minors should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before contributing or creating an account.
7. Visitors in the EU, China, and elsewhere
The Site serves a global audience, including visitors in the European Union (GDPR) and China (PIPL). In good faith, we keep data collection minimal: standard hosting access logs, the fields you enter when you contribute, and your IP address for abuse-prevention. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. If you are in the EU, China, or another jurisdiction with data-access or deletion rights, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact channel below. Note that factual data already merged into the Site's aggregate records may be irreversibly incorporated and need not be unwound (consistent with the Terms of Use).
8. Requests from rights holders and data sources
If you are a rights holder, an original source, or an affected party and believe an entry on bandori.fans infringes your rights, please submit a removal or correction request through the contact details below; the Site responds within 72 hours.
