As the current situation makes it difficult to proceed with a concert at the same scale and level, we notified all ticket purchasers of a refund, but as we cannot hold customer funds for an extended period,for customers who have not yet completed their refunds,we will conduct refund processing again.

Customers who have already completed refunds do not need to take any action.
※For customers whose bank refunds have not yet been received, refund processing has been suspended due to account issues, etc. We have notified you separately, so please check.
