BanG Dream! Project (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") has established guidelines regarding the use of copyrighted works related to this Project, with the aim of helping 「BanG Dream!（バンドリ！）」 be enjoyed by more people and to help them encounter new discoveries and emotions.
The copyrights and other rights regarding character names, shapes, designs, images, sounds, stories and worldviews, logos, music and other constituent materials (hereinafter "this Content") contained in copyrighted works related to this Project are held by Bushiroad Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") or third parties licensed by the Company. Therefore, this Content cannot be used without prior permission from the Company through reproduction, adaptation, translation, distribution, uploading to the Internet or other methods.
However, regarding use in accordance with the conditions specified in this Guideline, the Company will not claim copyright infringement.
Customers may use this Content and create, display, distribute, and publicly display Derivative Works (works created by customers themselves with added new creativity) (hereinafter "Derivative Works") only when individuals do not aim for profit. Public display refers to public transmission, including transmission preparation. However, customers may generate revenue from Derivative Works only for use specifically defined in this Guideline (hereinafter "Specified Use").
This Project recommends the active creation of Derivative Works by customers.

11. Creation, display, or distribution of adult-oriented merchandise.
12. Creation, display, or distribution of adult-oriented cosplay photos and videos of characters.
13. Any other use deemed inappropriate by the Company and this Project.
■ The Company and this Project make no warranties regarding this Content and all works created using this Content, including that third-party rights will not be infringed.
Additionally, this Project is not responsible for any disputes or troubles that may arise between users and third parties, including other customers, resulting from the use of this Content.

Q&A
Q1. What kind of Derivative Works are permitted to be used in this Guideline? And how may they be used?
A1. Derivative Works and examples of their use are as follows.
• Create and distribute manga, novels, and other doujinshi and illustrations at exhibitions and sales events, and publish them on the Internet.
• Create illustrations and produce merchandise (hereinafter "Merchandise") such as can badges, playmats, acrylic stands, stickers, etc. from those illustrations. Also distribute Merchandise at exhibitions and sales events.
※ However, when distributing Merchandise, distribution can only be done individually, and consignment sales to so-called doujinshi shops cannot be carried out.
• Create a so-called "itasha" (decorated car) by applying stickers from Merchandise to a privately-owned vehicle.
• When creating, displaying, or selling three-dimensional objects such as figures, authorization is only granted through the event system at events that have implemented the day-of copyright system. Please make appropriate applications and participation according to each event's operational rules.
• Create and display or distribute cosplay costumes of characters.
• Create and publish or distribute cosplay photos and videos of characters.
Q2. What does it mean to not aim for profit?
A2. When individuals or groups without legal personality, such as circles, create Derivative Works without the aim of making profit, it is considered as not aiming for profit.
Additionally, using at the level of personal hobby and obtaining compensation equivalent to the costs incurred in creation, such as raw materials and tools, is also within the scope of not aiming for profit.
Q3. What is Specified Use?
A3. Specified Use means that individual customers upload illustrations they have created to the following "Designated Platforms" and publicly display them (hereinafter "Distribution") and generate revenue through the following "Designated Systems and Services".

Q4. What should I do if a company or organization with corporate status, or an individual affiliated with such a company or organization (referring to so-called corporate-affiliated YouTubers, Vtubers, and the like), wants to use this content?
