Both 「Random Queue Tickets」 and 「End of Line Queue Tickets」 are used for entry following the method below.
① Receive your queue ticket at the distribution location. A digital queue ticket with a printed QR code will be issued.
By scanning the QR code with your own smartphone, you can check your current wait status.
After receiving it, please move outside the venue until you are called.
※Queue tickets are limited to 「1 per person, 1 per visit」. You cannot receive tickets for companions at the same time.
※A dedicated app is not necessary, but please come prepared to scan QR codes.
② When the screen shows 「Please come to store」, head to the merchandise area. When your time is called, the screen will change.
When you come, please bring the printed queue ticket with the QR code without losing it.
After we verify your queue ticket, you can enter the merchandise area.
※Your queue ticket will be collected. Please be careful not to lose it.
Precautions Regarding Digital Queue Tickets
※Queue tickets will be distributed by staff.
※Entrance number tickets are valid only for the day and have an expiration time from when you are called. If the expiration time is exceeded, entry will be invalid and you may need to receive a new ticket.
※There is no sound or vibration notification, so please check your screen for the time. There is an email notification function available, please use it.
※We may set limits on the number of entries depending on the occupancy situation at the venue. Therefore, 「the number of people called at once and the order of guidance」 may vary.
※The displayed number of groups waiting is an estimate and may vary depending on conditions.
※Queue tickets cannot be transferred, please note.
※You can enter anytime after being called, but please enter within 30 minutes of being called to prevent congestion.
※Entry restrictions will be lifted once all ticket holders have entered, but may be re-imposed depending on congestion conditions at the venue.
※We do not rent out charging outlets or equipment such as 「Wi-Fi terminals」 for this event.
Precautions Regarding Purchase Queue Lines
・As the area around the venue is a public place, please refrain from overnight waiting from the previous night or early morning waiting as it will cause inconvenience to nearby areas.
・Merchandise purchase queues are formed under staff direction. Please follow staff instructions regarding lineup and queue movement.
・We prohibit partitioning, place-holding, line-cutting, dangerous behavior, and other acts that inconvenience other customers at the venue.
・Any queues formed before staff-directed lineup begins will be invalid.
・If merchandise purchase queues become congested, we may limit their formation.

Announcement Regarding Vocalization
For 'BanG Dream! 11th☆LIVE' held in February 2023, we will allow vocalization throughout (with non-woven mask on).
There are no restrictions on the volume of vocalization when wearing a non-woven mask,
but we ask that you refrain from continuous vocalization that may disturb other customers and vocalization that may interfere with the performance.
We have set regulations as follows, so we ask that customers read them carefully before visiting.
・Regardless of whether you vocalize or not, please wear a mask during the performance.
・Please wear a non-woven mask. Please prepare your own mask.
・Changing seats is prohibited. Please watch from your assigned seat.
・Please refrain from physical contact with other customers such as high-fives or linking arms.
・Follow the guidance at the venue and transportation. In particular, please be careful not to disturb the neighborhood and transportation after the performance ends.
・Before the performance begins, please implement basic infection prevention measures such as hand washing, gargling, and hand sanitization.
※If you cannot wear a non-woven mask due to allergies etc., cloth masks etc. are acceptable. However, we may ask you to confirm, so please understand.
・While the venue is open and when leaving, please avoid loud voices and keep conversations to a minimum at an appropriate distance.
Regarding COVID-19 Prevention Measures

Following the government's "Basic Countermeasures for COVID-19," we will make virus prevention measures our top priority and implement the following infection prevention measures as guidelines so that you can watch the performance with peace of mind.
We ask customers who visit to read the following matters carefully and provide their understanding and cooperation.
Please note that this guideline will be changed as circumstances permit.
1. If any of the following applies on the day of the performance, you will not be able to participate, so we ask you to refrain from visiting.
(1) Those with symptoms of poor health or those who have had close contact with a person meeting the symptoms below within 2 weeks (e.g., company colleagues, etc.)
・Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been instructed by a doctor to stay home
・Those with cold symptoms (fever, sore throat, headache, joint pain, etc.) or a fever of 37.5°C or higher
・Those with severe fatigue or respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing)
・Those with other symptoms (diarrhea, diminished taste, loss of taste, eye discharge and redness) etc.
・Those with cough, sputum, or chest discomfort
・Those with infected persons or persons suspected of infection among family members or close acquaintances
・Those with other COVID-19 symptoms
(2) Those who have traveled to countries/regions where the government has announced entry restrictions or observation periods after entry within the past 14 days, and those who have had close contact with residents thereof
(3) Pregnant women, those 70 years old or above, those with underlying conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, or respiratory disease, and those receiving dialysis
Those using immunosuppressants or anticancer drugs, etc., are also unable to participate from a risk management perspective.
2. By participating in the performance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All participants in the performance must submit a self-declaration form (consent form).
・Please fill in the self-declaration form from your electronic ticket screen. It will be displayed on the admission screen page of your electronic ticket on the day of the performance, so please fill it out in the morning on the day of the performance before your arrival. Please note that if you do not fill it out, you will not be permitted to enter.
・In the event that positive cases occur among participants or if local governments or health centers request disclosure, you agree to provide your registered information and to be contactable.
3. Venue Countermeasures and Precautions
・You must wear a non-woven face mask when entering the venue (use of only mouth shields or face shields is prohibited).
Customers without a mask will not be permitted to enter or purchase merchandise.
・We request that you wash your hands frequently before arrival (wash thoroughly with soap for approximately 30 seconds) and maintain hand hygiene with alcohol disinfection.
・There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. We also do not accept luggage from staff. *Bushiroad card benefits are excluded.
・We will conduct temperature checks for all customers before merchandise purchase and before entry.
If the temperature reading exceeds 37.5℃ or there is a possibility of exceeding this temperature, entry will be denied. Please note this in advance.
・We request your cooperation in maintaining a minimum interpersonal distance of 1 meter or more in queues.
・Alcohol disinfectant is installed in all areas of the venue, including the venue lobby area and merchandise area.
*Push-type alcohol disinfectant dispensers will be placed in customer areas. Please use them actively.
・Before customer entry, all seats, toilets, and other high-frequency contact areas will be disinfected with alcohol.
In particular, areas where many people touch such as toilets, faucet levers, hand-washing facilities, and barrier fences will be disinfected sequentially by patrolling staff.
・Eating and drinking within the venue are prohibited. (Water intake is excluded)
・When exiting, regulated exits will be used to ease congestion. Please exit by block or row following staff instructions.
We also request your cooperation in maintaining interpersonal distance when exiting.
・If you do not follow staff instructions regarding infection control measures, or if staff observe that your health condition is not good during the performance, you may be asked to exit.
・If you are asked to exit, no refunds will be given for any fees paid. We ask for your understanding in advance.
Important Request Regarding COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures
Precautions Regarding the Performance
To prevent the deterioration of the performance environment due to ticket auctions, resales, and disruptive behavior at the venue, and to ensure that our guests can enjoy the performance with peace of mind, please review and strictly adhere to the following precautions.
Those who do not comply will be subject to strict measures including removal from the venue, so we request the understanding and cooperation of each customer.
We ask that customers coming to the venue read this carefully before attending.
・One ticket cannot be used by multiple customers (only one customer per ticket is allowed entry).
・Preschool children are not permitted entry.
・To prevent resale, we may verify the identity of all customers before entry.
Please prepare one official photo identification document (driver's license, passport, residence card, disability handbook, photo ID credit card, photo ID resident card, My Number card, etc.) or one photo ID student card (student handbook, student identification).
If you have a student ID without a photo (student handbook, student identification), in addition to one photo-less student ID (student handbook, student identification),
please prepare a total of 2 documents: your health insurance card or a copy of your insurance card in your own name, and come to the venue.
If you cannot provide identification, entry may be denied.
・Tickets are valid only on the performance date and venue printed on the ticket face.
・Refunds for tickets will not be issued in principle except in cases of performance cancellation or postponement, regardless of circumstances. Please understand this in advance.
・Baggage inspection may be conducted at the time of entry.
・Attendance under the influence of alcohol or after consuming alcohol is not permitted.
・No alcohol will be sold at the venue, and bringing alcohol is prohibited.
・Please refrain from giving gifts or fan letters. Gift boxes will not be provided.
・Photography and recording with cameras or tape recorders within the venue are absolutely prohibited.
If such behavior is discovered, the data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave.
・Furthermore, bringing fireworks or other dangerous items into the venue, and lighting lighters or similar items within the audience seating during the performance are prohibited by fire regulations.
・Please note that cameras will be installed in the venue on the day for recording purposes.
・On the day, sit-ins, gatherings, and similar activities around the venue are prohibited as they may disturb other customers.
・Please refrain from overnight waiting around the venue as it may disturb neighbors.
・Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue are the customer's responsibility.
・Event content may be changed without notice.

If such behavior is observed even once, we may take action to have you exit. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
・Regarding hats and other headwear, we may ask you to remove them if we judge them to be disturbing to other customers.
In that case, please follow staff instructions and remove them.
・Regarding glow sticks and light pens, modified items, long items, and excessively bright items are prohibited. Please use them within the bounds of common sense.
・When using glow sticks, please use them below face level.
・If you find someone near you engaging in prohibited behavior or photography, please alert a nearby staff member. Staff will respond promptly.
・Depending on your seat, some parts of the performance may not be visible or may be difficult to see.
・In addition to the above, please follow staff instructions at the venue.
If you do not follow staff instructions and cause confusion or injury, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.
・If you do not comply with staff instructions, you may be removed from the venue. In such cases, no refund of ticket fees will be provided.
If the above is not adhered to and dangerous situations leading to property damage or accidents occur, the performance may be temporarily suspended or cancelled. Please understand this in advance.

Guide to Congratulatory Flowers
We will provide guidance regarding congratulatory flowers such as floral stands.
When arranging congratulatory flowers such as floral stands on your own, please note the following points.
• Size
For floral stands, we request that the base (stand foot) be 40cm × 40cm and the height be 180cm or less.
• Delivery Time Specification
When placing an order, be sure to【Morning of Performance Day】specify this and request the florist or delivery company to arrange it.
• Pickup Time Specification
When placing an order, be sure to【Around 10 PM on Performance Day】request the florist who arranged the floral stand to pick it up at that time.
• Other Prohibited Items
Please note that floral stand name plates with "address" or "phone number" written on them cannot be displayed at the venue. (Especially for corporate organizations.)
※If delivery is outside the specified times above, we will not be able to accept it.
※The placement location of floral stands within the venue (including outside the venue grounds) will be determined by the organizer in accordance with hall usage regulations and fire prevention laws, and will be arranged in no particular order. Please note that you cannot specify the placement location or order.
※There may be cases where delivery is delayed due to traffic congestion or other delivery troubles. In such cases, the organizer is not responsible.
