・Items too large or heavy for one person to carry

・Dangerous items (explosives, fireworks, sharp objects)
・Living creatures and perishables (animals, plants, insects)
・Underwear
・Books, CDs, DVDs, etc. (including self-made and commercially available items)
・Charms, prayer papers, rakes, and other items related to deities or religion

※Items that cannot be accepted from the above will be returned or disposed of at staff discretion.
　Additionally, items that staff deem inappropriate for reasons other than those listed above may also be returned or disposed of accordingly, so please understand.
※Staff may open and inspect received gifts and fan letters for security purposes.
※The timing of delivery to the recipient varies depending on schedules and other factors, so we cannot answer when items will be delivered.
