Contest Overview
・Around December 9 (Friday) 12:00, the 夢ノ結唱 official Twitter (@yumenokessho) will contact the 8 finalists of the contest via direct message to their Twitter accounts.
・On December 15 (Thursday) 12:00, on the official 夢ノ結唱 homepage (https://yumenokessho.bang-dream.com/) will announce the 8 participants selected from all applicants to participate in the contest.
・We will provide the CeVIO AI song software (夢ノ結唱 POPY or 夢ノ結唱 ROSE) to the finalists.
・The finalists will create a music video of 30 seconds or more and 1 minute or less using CeVIO AI 夢ノ結唱 POPY or 夢ノ結唱 ROSE during the production period from December 15, 2022 to January 31, 2023, and upload the created music video to their own YouTube channel in early February 2023.
・From the day the music video is released, the 夢ノ結唱 【Official】 Twitter (https://twitter.com/yumenokessho) will divide the 8 posted music videos into 2 groups and conduct polls. Based on the poll votes, 1st place in each group will be selected, and then a second poll will be conducted between the 1st place winners of each group to determine the Grand Prize and Second Prize.
・The Toyama Kasumi Award and Minato Yukina Award will be determined by the selection of Aimi and Aiba Aina, who voice these characters.
Application Requirements
Those who wish to participate in this contest (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants") must review the application requirements set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "these Application Requirements") and agree to them before applying to this contest. In addition, Bushiroad Music Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer") considers that when an applicant applies in a manner that complies with these Application Requirements, the applicant has consented to these Application Requirements and has expressed their intention to participate in this contest.
This contest will proceed through a two-stage selection process: a preliminary round that evaluates applicants' portfolios, and a final round that evaluates music videos created by the finalists.
Preliminary Round
Please apply through the following Bushiroad application form.
Through strict selection, we will determine 8 finalists. Around December 9 (Friday) 12:00, the 8 finalists of the contest will be contacted through the official 夢ノ結唱 Twitter (@yumenokessho) via direct message to their Twitter accounts.
Portfolio Submission Guidelines
Submission Method: Finalists will be selected based on works posted on YouTube channels (hereinafter referred to as 「Applicant Channels」) or Twitter accounts (hereinafter referred to as 「Applicant Twitter Accounts」) owned or managed by applicants. Please notify the organizer of both the 「Applicant Channel」 and 「Applicant Twitter Account」 according to the application form. Such notification shall constitute the submission of the portfolio.
Format: Portfolios may be in any format, including songs, music videos, etc.
Works Excluded from Preliminary Selection Screening
Works falling under the following categories will be excluded from consideration, so please understand this in advance.
Works by those who do not meet the requirements specified in the 「Eligibility」 section below.
Works that infringe upon the intellectual property rights (including copyrights and neighboring rights), honor, credit, privacy, and other rights of the organizer and other third parties.
Finals
Finalists will be contacted after the preliminary results are announced via the official 「夢ノ結唱」 Twitter (@yumenokessho) and will be contacted via DM regarding the submission method, format, etc. of the music video to be used in the finals (hereinafter simply referred to as 「MV」). Please submit according to such instructions.
Music Videos Excluded from Finals Selection Screening
Music videos by those who do not meet the requirements specified in the 「Eligibility」 section below.
Music videos that infringe upon the intellectual property rights (including copyrights and neighboring rights), honor, credit, privacy, and other rights of the organizer and other third parties.
Music videos where the applicant does not hold copyright or neighboring rights, those created at the request of a third party, or those that the organizer deems to have been created by a third party other than the applicant (including rewards). However, regarding the video used in the MV (hereinafter referred to as 「MV Video」), the use of videos created by third parties other than the applicant is permitted to the extent that it complies with the provisions of the terms of agreement (4) and (5).
Music videos containing obscene, cruel, or discriminatory content, or any other content that the organizer deems would cause discomfort to third parties.
Music videos that the organizer deems to violate public order and morality.
Music videos that have already been submitted to other contests or that the organizer deems to have won in other contests.
Music videos that the organizer deems inappropriate in light of the purpose of this contest.
Eligibility
Individuals who have agreed to all terms of this application. (Participation by corporations and multiple individuals is not permitted.)
Minors must obtain parental consent before submitting. If parental consent is not obtained, your submission will be excluded from this contest's consideration. Please understand this in advance.
Must be following the official 「夢ノ結唱」 Twitter account (@yumenokessho).
The applicant's Twitter account must be able to receive direct messages from the official 「夢ノ結唱」 Twitter account (@yumenokessho).
The applicant (including in this section third parties designated by finalists as defined in the terms of agreement (5)) and their family must not belong to or have any relationship with anti-social forces (yakuza, yakuza members, associate yakuza members, yakuza-related companies, social movement activists, political movement activists, criminal intelligence groups, etc., or equivalent organizations).
Applicants residing outside Japan may also apply. If your work is selected as a winning entry, prize money may be transferred to a bank account outside Japan. However, due to transfer fees and other charges, the prize amount may differ from the amount stated above. Please understand this in advance.
Terms of Agreement
Please read all of the following items and submit your application only after understanding and agreeing to them in advance.
By submitting your application using the method defined in 「Application Overview」, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this application.
(1) Applicants apply to this contest at their own risk and responsibility.
(2) Individual notification of selection results will not be provided to applicants.
(3) If the applicant deletes or removes the portfolio work from the 「Applicant Channel」 or 「Applicant Twitter Account」 after the application deadline, the submission may be excluded from consideration. Additionally, if the applicant deletes or removes the MV from the 「Applicant Channel」 during the finals selection period, it may be excluded from consideration.
(4) Finalists may, notwithstanding the guidelines separately established by BanG Dream! Project regarding the use of 「BanG Dream!(バンドリ!)」 works, use component materials (hereinafter referred to as 「Component Materials」) including character names, forms, designs, stories and worldview, logos, etc. contained in works related to BanG Dream! Project exclusively for the purpose of using them in MV videos (which means creating derivative works using 「Component Materials」, using such derivative works in MV videos, and distributing the MV on YouTube). Note that finalists may attach standard advertising revenue models such as partner programs formally provided by YouTube to MVs during and after this contest.
(5) Finalists may have MV videos produced by a third party designated by the finalist. However, the finalist must ensure that the third party complies with the provisions of this application, and between the finalist and the third party, all rights clearances necessary for the finalist, organizer, and third parties designated by the organizer to use the MV video for this contest shall be appropriately handled by the finalist at their own expense and responsibility. Note that the applicant shall be fully responsible to the organizer for any violation of this application by the third party.
(6) Copyright and neighboring rights in the musical composition contained in the MV (hereinafter referred to as 「Contest Song」) shall belong to the applicant.
(7) Notwithstanding the provision in (6), the copyright (including the rights specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) and neighboring rights in the 「Contest Song」 adopted by the organizer as a winning work shall be transferred from the applicant to the organizer at the time the organizer announces it as a winning work, and shall belong to the organizer.
(8) The applicant of a winning work shall not exercise moral rights as an author against the organizer and third parties designated by the organizer.
(9) The organizer shall bear no responsibility for any costs incurred by the applicant in connection with the production and submission of the portfolio and MV.
(10) Finalists shall not transfer, lend, pledge, or otherwise dispose of CeVIO AI 「夢ノ結唱」POPY or 「夢ノ結唱」ROSE provided by the organizer to third parties during or after the contest period.
(11) The organizer shall use all personal information received from applicants in connection with their application to this contest solely for contact with applicants regarding this contest and selection, and for responding to inquiries. The organizer shall handle applicants' personal information in accordance with the organizer's privacy policy (for applicants residing in Japan:https://bushiroad.co.jp/privacy, for applicants residing outside Japan:https://en.bushiroad.com/privacy/).
Disclaimer
(1)The organizer shall not be liable for any disputes arising between applicants and any third parties regarding the applicant's participation in and selection for this contest, regardless of the cause thereof.
(2)Regarding the applicant's portfolio and MV, if any third party asserts claims of rights infringement or files objections, the applicant shall resolve such matters at their own responsibility and expense. The organizer shall not be liable in any way.
(3)This contest may be suspended without any prior notice if the organizer deems it necessary due to system maintenance or other reasons.
(4)The organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the applicant in connection with this contest (including but not limited to interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of this contest).
(5)The liability exemption provisions for the organizer stipulated in this application guideline shall not apply in cases where the direct cause of damages results from the organizer's intentional conduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Matters related to this contest and these application guidelines shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, any disputes between the organizer and applicants concerning this contest and these application guidelines shall be under the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
